Damaged Items: - Requests for damaged items must be made within 3 days upon delivery of merchandise. - All items being returned for credit must be in new condition and include original packaging and tags attached accompanied by the receipt or online invoice. - In the case of a damaged item, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.
